  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, InsightsDeep.com will take appropriate action against users who are determined to be repeat infringers, including removing or disabling access to their content and potentially terminating their access to our services.
